Strawberry Brownie Cupcakes

• Brownie mix (eggs, oil, etc.)
• Strawberry cake mix (eggs, oil, etc.)
• Fresh Strawberries
• Chocolate Chips
• Sprinkles 
• Cream Cheese Icing

Line the bottom of the cupcake tray with brownie mix. Add the strawberry cake mix on top & bake!

Topped with cream cheese icing, chocolate chips, sprinkles & a fresh strawberry!
