Breakfast Pizza!

  • pizza dough
  • mozzarella
  • eggs
  • toppings of your choice! (I used spinach, broccoli, peppers, fresh salsa & hot sauce on this one. 

Prepare your eggs, then bake on top of the pizza dough. So easy, and so much more fun than an omelet!

 Hot Apple Pie Hummus

  • Chick peas
  • Apples
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • Cinnamon 
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Optional: Nuts, Peanut butter, Craisins, Granola, Almond Milk

Peel & Cut the apples and place on a baking tray.

Mix greek yogurt, cinnamon, a pinch of sugar and a little bit of melted butter, and pour over the apples.

Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes.

Blend the apples with chick peas, and eat with fresh apple slices!

Optional- blend almonds, walnuts, craisins, granola, almond milk and sunflower seed peanut butter. Place in the middle of your hummus… yum!
